These terms cover use of this website. They are not the client agreement. The agreement governing paid work is signed separately.
What this site is
This site describes an advertising management service and lets you book a call. Nothing on it is an offer that binds either party. Work begins only under a signed agreement.
Figures on this site
Cost and performance figures shown here, including any calculator, are illustrative and drawn from published industry data. They are not a forecast, guarantee, or promise of results. Advertising performance varies by market, budget, and how quickly you follow up with leads. No income claim is made. The one exception is the guarantee described below, which is a term of the signed agreement rather than a figure on this site.
The guarantee
JDG Media runs more than one offer, and the guarantee differs between them. Whichever offer you were shown, the binding version is the one written into the client agreement you sign, and that version controls if the two ever differ.
Two forms are in use. On the ongoing management offer, JDG Media guarantees one motivated seller for every $1,000 of ad spend over the first 90 days from launch, which is 12 at the $4,000 monthly minimum; if the count falls short at day 90, the monthly management fee is refunded automatically and you do not have to file a claim. On the pilot offers, JDG Media guarantees a purchase agreement signed by a seller who came through the campaign within the window stated on that offer; if none is signed in that window, the fees you paid JDG Media for it are refunded.
Your market, the property types that count, what qualifies as a motivated seller, and what counts as a signed contract are written into the agreement before launch.
Every version is a refund of fees paid to JDG Media, and the offer page states which fees it returns. None of them is a prediction of how many deals you will close or what you will earn, and none covers ad spend, which is paid to Google and is not JDG Media's to return.
Your submissions
Information you submit must be accurate and yours to provide. Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive.
Intellectual property
The copy, design, and materials on this site belong to JDG Media. Do not reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, and apart from the refund set out in the guarantee, JDG Media is not liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on the information here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
